BRENT KNIGHT | PT, DPT, OMPT
Is a native of St. Lawrence County. He received his physical therapy degree from the University at Buffalo in 1993. He went through a eighteen month advanced orthopedic and manual therapy residency program under Mike Rogers, MSPT, DPT, OCS, COMPT, FAAOMPT at the Gulf Coast Graduate Physical Therapy Institute, and received his certification in manual therapy in 1997 after successfully challenging his examinations. He then managed a Rehability clinic in North Carolina that concentrated in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation. After moving back to the North Country in 1998 Dr. Knight was in private practice in Potsdam, NY with Gary Hoose, PT, DPT until his retirement in 2020. Dr. Knight integrates several different schools of thought into his daily practice from well-known practitioners. Some of these practitioners include; Richard Erhard, DC, PT, Laurie Hartman, DO, PhD, Shirley Sahrmann, PhD, PT, Vladimir Janda, MD, Stanley Paris, PhD, PT and others. He has taught manual therapy of the cervical and lumbar spine to physical therapy students at Clarkson University. Dr. Knight participated as an investigator in a randomized controlled trial study on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome with researchers at Clarkson University. He received a doctoral degree in physical therapy from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse in 2017. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association including the NY chapter, private practice and orthopedic sections, and American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.

MICHAEL WILLIAMS | MS, PT, ATC, OCS, FAAOMPT
Michael comes to you from the Central Coast of California. He has known Dr. Knight since their residency training in 1995-1996. Michael has extensive physical therapy experience varying from sports medicine to geriatric orthopedics. He obtained his Masters of Science in physical therapy in 1992 from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to becoming a certified athletic trainer from California State University at Long Beach, Michael completed an 18-month full-time residency in 1996 in Orthopedic Manual Therapy at the Gulf Coast Graduate School. He is a Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and served as membership chairperson from 1997 to 1999. Michael was granted board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
Michael is very active outside of the clinic. He was a member of the Sports Medicine Team for the AVP professional volleyball tour from 2005-2011 as well as, provided and facilitated Sports Medicine coverage for Morro Bay High School Athletics from 2002-2021. He was a member of the Morro Bay Rotary Club since 2002 and served various positions, including recent appointment to Membership Chair, 2022-2023. His clinic in Morro Bay frequently provided fundraisers, blood drives and charity events for local Non-Profits. In addition, his private practice provided the Rehabilitation services for the SLO NOOR Clinic which is San Luis Obispo County free medical services for the indigent and non-insured within the county. He also regularly hosts clinics and provided community lectures on such subjects as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and more. He looks forward to meeting all of you and assisting Knight & Associates Physical Therapy provide that same type of services and community outreach to Potsdam and St. Lawrence County.

MARY WEIR PTA
Mary is a PTA working at Knight & Associates Physical Therapists since 2002. Mary is a graduate of SUNY Canton of Technology. She is a native of the area and raising her family here as well. She is active in her community and enjoys volunteering her time and services to local organizations. She also enjoys following our local sports and attending games.
Mary has over twenty two years’ experience working patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. She is working on expanding her education to better service our area.

RABECCA L. COLLINS MPT
Rebecca is a North Country native and has raised her family here. Rebecca is a graduate Clarkson University. Where she earned her Master’s Degree. Her work experience includes outpatient orthopedics clinics as well as a nursing home facility. She joined Knight & Associates Physical Therapy in 2014. She is skilled at providing evaluation and treatment of post-operative patients, chronic and acute neck and back pain, and all major joint problems. Rebecca has worked with patients varying in ages from pediatrics to geriatric.
Rebecca is the primary clinical instructor for educating students both pre college programs to college clinical training from our local colleges.

Dr. MARKO PT, DPT, MHS, phD
Dr. Moshe Marko is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 30 years of expertise in rehabilitation, specializing in neuromuscular rehabilitation and sports injuries. Dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, Dr. Marko focuses on optimizing functional outcomes for individuals referred for rehabilitation.
Dr. Marko earned his Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree from Tel Aviv University in Israel in 1991, followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, in 1997. He completed his Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA, in 2008, and his PhD in Exercise Science with a focus on Geriatrics at Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY, in 2012.
Dr. Marko is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as core faculty in the Physical Therapy Department at the Lewis School of Health Sciences, Clarkson University, in Potsdam, NY. At Clarkson, Dr. Marko teaches in the areas of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and statistics.
Since joining Knight & Associates PT in January 2023 as a clinician, Dr. Marko has continued to bring his extensive clinical expertise and dedication to patient care. His approach integrates advanced techniques tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Marko is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and remains committed to advancing the field of physical therapy through teaching, research, and clinical practice.
